Feels like home with kind owner providing essentials like coffee, tea, and kitchen utensils. Clean, modern apartment with helpful elevator for heavy luggage. Short walk from central train station, close to shops, supermarkets, and bus stop to Porto Venere. Comfortable and highly recommended.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a small lift to help with our heavy luggage. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. The owner treated us so kindly and even provided coffee, tea, and kitchen utensils for us to use.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of items.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming apartment in La Spezia. Serena, the owner, was extremely helpful and greeted us on the street to guide us to the apartment. The apartment itself was bright, airy, and impeccably clean, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Its location was perfect, being close to both the train station and the center of town. I appreciated the personal touches such as the availability of Nespresso coffee, biscuits, and maps. one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I would highly recommend Anciua Delle Cinque Terre.
